Payment Methods

You can place your order online and will receive a confirmation email once it is completed. We accept secure online card payments through the Stripe platform, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay. All prices and delivery costs are shown in EUR and RON. Transactions are processed in RON, using your card provider’s current exchange rate.

 

Order Terms

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not apply to normal wear and tear, damage caused by impact, mishandling, or improper use, jewelry altered or worn in conditions that void protection (e.g., water, chemicals).

If a product is found to be defective, we will repair it free of charge or replace it with a similar item, if a repair isn’t possible.
