We’re committed to delivering your order safely and on time.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times:
Romania - 4 EUR - 1-3 working days
European Union (EU) - 10 EUR - 2-4 weeks
Outside EU - 14 EUR - 4-8 weeks
Shipping costs are always shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Order Processing & Tracking:
Orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours after confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link (AWB)
Product Availability:
Before ordering, please check product availability. If an item is out of stock, delivery may take up to 30 days, depending on supplier availability. If we cannot fulfill your order within 30 days, we will notify you and cancel the order with a full refund. Prices of back-ordered items may change; we will inform you before confirming your order.
Invoices & Warranty:
Invoices are sent electronically to the email address provided (under Law 571/2003). Printed, signed, and stamped invoices are available upon request (for legal entities or record-keeping). All products come with a warranty; if any documents are missing, they can be sent electronically.
Returns
We want you to love your Kadna purchase, but if you need to return a product, here’s how:
How to Return:
- Review our return policy below to ensure your product qualifies.
- Contact us by email at hello@kadna.co to request a return authorization.
- Follow the instructions we send you, including the return shipping address.
- Ship the product back safely using the original packaging if possible.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days.
Return Policy:
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to return products for any reason, no questions asked (per O.U.G. 34/2014 consumer rights). Products must be returned in the same condition as delivered (unused, undamaged, with all original packaging and accessories). You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using tracked shipping to protect your return. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or another agreed-upon method after we inspect the returned items. We reserve the right to refuse returns for products that are damaged, show signs of wear, are incomplete, or are missing warranty certificates. Repeated abusive returns may result in return requests being denied.
Special Notes:
Returns from legal entities (business customers) are subject to approval. If you want to change your invoice details from personal to business, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Invoice modifications require a receipt from the courier (for business invoices only). Invoice changes cannot be made for in-person purchases.
