How to Return a Product

If you wish to return a product, please follow these simple steps:

- Review the Return Conditions below to ensure your product qualifies for a return.

- Contact us at hello@kadna.co to initiate the return process.

- Once you receive confirmation that your return is accepted, follow the instructions in our email and send the package to the address provided.

- After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will contact you to update you on the status of your return.

- The refund will be processed within 14 calendar days to the bank account you provide in the return form, starting from the date you notified us about the return by email.

Return Policy Details

Returns are accepted in accordance with O.U.G. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts with professionals. You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return products for any reason, no questions asked. To withdraw from the contract within this period, you must notify us before the 14-day deadline. The returned product must be in the same condition as received, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging to qualify for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend keeping the original packaging to ensure the product’s protection during transit. Consumers are responsible only for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning (as per article 14, paragraph 3 of GEO 34/2014). For business customers (legal entities), returns are at our discretion and not guaranteed.

Refund Process

We will inspect the returned products to verify their condition. Upon successful verification, we will refund the purchase price within 14 calendar days of your withdrawal notification. The refund will be processed via bank transfer to the account you specify. We may delay the refund until we receive the returned product or proof of shipment if you are responsible for returning the item.

Important Notes

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the products are damaged, incomplete, show signs of wear or misuse, are missing accessories, or warranty certificates. We may refuse returns in cases of repeated or abusive return behavior. If you wish to change invoicing details from a natural person to a legal entity, this request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the products. Invoice modifications are only possible for shipments with a courier-issued receipt under legal entity names. Invoices issued at our premises cannot be modified. Invoice settlement for legal entities may take up to 30 working days.
