General

These Terms & Conditions govern all contracts and interactions between you (the Customer) and Kadna, a trademark registered to SC ENDA STUDIO SRL, regarding goods ordered through our online shop at www.kadna.co.

SC ENDA STUDIO SRL is registered in Romania, Suceava, George Enescu Street, nr. 17, with fiscal registration number 45964758 and Registry of Commerce number J33/727/2022.

Account Responsibilities

To use our online shop and services, you must provide accurate and complete registration details and keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for any activity under your account. If we discover false, outdated, or incomplete information during registration, we reserve the right to cancel your account.

Placing Orders and Payment

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. By placing an order, you confirm you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions and agree to pay the total amount shown in your shopping cart. We will deliver products to the address you provide. For deliveries outside Romania, you may be responsible for customs duties and other fees; please check with your local customs office. All product prices include Romanian VAT (21%).

Promotions, Vouchers, and Discount Codes

Promo codes cannot be applied to already discounted products. Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively or by phone. Only one promo, voucher, or discount code may be used per order.

Warranty and After-Sales Service

Each product sold includes a warranty certificate outlining product care and warranty terms. For full warranty details, please refer to the warranty section on our website.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms and any contract between you and Kadna are governed by Romanian law.
