I was commissioned by Apartment Therapy to illustrate how letting go of clutter impacts life emotionally and positively. The brief was to depict a woman walking away from a pile of clutter towards a cleaner, clearer future at home.
My approach was to create a more conceptual scene. The house clutter is looming compared to the woman, suggesting how clutter was taking over her life. The final piece is vibrant and powerful.
