Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING:
Any order placed through the site www.kadna.co has a contractual value accompanied by the order confirmation.
The transport cost is:
Romania shipping - Standard 4 EUR ( 1-3 working days )
EU shipping - Standard 8 EUR ( 2-4 weeks )
Outside EU shipping - Standard 12 EUR ( 4-8 weeks )
Shipping costs are borne by the customer and will be specified both in placing the order and after its completion.
Delivery will be made within 24-72 hours of order confirmation, except on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as public holidays.
After confirming the order placed, you will receive with a link to the AWB that accompanies the order.
There may be exceptional situations when the ordered product is no longer in stock at the time of order or is brought to order from the external supplier's stock. Kadna can deliver products currently missing from stock within a maximum of 30 days within the stock available at the factory. Kadna will cancel the order in the absence of the product and the impossibility of returning it to stock.
The price of the products brought on the order may change compared to the price displayed when placing the order, a situation that is brought to your attention by the operators of SC ENDA STUDIO SRL, regarding the delivery time and/or price change existing before the order confirmation.
Before ordering a product, check that it is in stock. Products that are not currently in-stock cannot be delivered. These orders can be kept for one month at the customer's request and are delivered when they return to stock. If they cannot be honoured within one month, these orders will be considered cancelled without further notice. If the customer does not specify that these orders be kept, they will be deemed null and void.
Kadna will send the fiscal invoice in electronic format (Law 571/2003) to the e-mail address provided; it will not be necessary to stamp and sign it. The customer can request at any time at a later time the invoice in printed format, signed and stamped, if the activity required so requires (legal person) or want to keep the invoice in printed form.
All products are delivered with a warranty; if exceptionally they were missing from the package, they can be sent to the customer in electronic format to the e-mail address left in the order.
RETURNS:
To return products, please follow the steps below:
1. Read the terms and conditions below in which the products can be returned.
2. Contact us by e-mail at hello@kadna.com.
3. If you have received confirmation that you meet the return conditions, please follow the instructions received in the email we sent, and send the package to the address indicated in the response.
4. You will receive the amount to be returned to the account mentioned in the return form within 14 calendar days from when you notified us of the return by e-mail.
5. After the products have reached us and have been verified, we will contact you regarding the development and completion of this procedure.
Return policy:
The return of the products is accepted according to the terms and conditions mentioned below and are following the provisions of the O.U.G. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for amending and supplementing some normative acts.
The products that are the subject of orders concluded online can be returned without invoking any reason within 14 days from the date of their receipt. Before the expiration of the withdrawal period, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without having to justify the withdrawal decision and without incurring other costs than those provided in art.13 paragraph (3) and art.14 of GEO No. 34/2014, within 14 calendar days starting from the day when it enters the physical possession of the product.
In the case of legal entities (they are not consumers), we reserve the right to accept or not return the products.
The customer bears return costs. We recommend that you keep the original packaging to protect the products' integrity and receive the total amount of the product back.
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered;
According to art, the Consumer is responsible only for the diminution of the value of the products resulting from their handling, different from what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning. 14, para. 3 of GEO 34/2014.
Kadna will refund the amount of money related to the returned products after verifying the products after establishing by mutual agreement the method of refund or according to the legal procedures. The Seller will reimburse the product's value within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of informing www.kadna.co by the Consumer on his decision to withdraw from the contract and accept the return. www.endathelabel.com will be able to postpone the refund of the product's value until the receipt of the product sold or until receipt of proof that it has been shipped if www.endathelabel.com has not offered to recover the product itself (most recent date).
Remember!
We reserve the right to refuse the return for the cases where the returned products are damaged or incomplete, show signs of wear, scratches, bumps, electric shocks, missing accessories or missing warranty certificates.
We also reserve the right to refuse to accept the return in case of abuse (repeated returns). The money related to the return is refunded to a bank account.
The modification of the invoicing data from the natural person to the legal person can be requested within a maximum of 48 hours from the entry into possession of the products. The settlement period is up to 30 working days. Only invoices that have the receipt issued by the courier company per legal entity can be modified. Invoices issued at the premises do not change.
